Planning and attending events is challenging due to managing guest lists, tracking RSVPs, sending updates, and finding relevant events. Existing solutions are cumbersome, causing confusion and poor user experience. There is a need for a streamlined app that simplifies event organization, enhances communication, and helps international students and immigrants find events that connect them to home.

AIM
Research was aimed at identifying the needs and preferences of target users and recognizing needs and expectations from the user interface. It also focused on understanding the type and format of content preferred by the target audience to develop an engaging user experience. Interviewed international students and immigrants to gain insights into the current situation.
